Umniah serves six primary sectors: General Building Construction (residential, commercial, government), Steel Structure Works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), Civil & Infrastructure (sewer, water, irrigation networks), Industrial Projects (power plants, factories, warehouses), and Renovation & Fit-Out. We also offer Facilities Management services for completed buildings.

Umniah has an extensive track record with government and public sector clients including the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Defence, Military Industries, King Saud University (G.O.S.I), and most recently Golf Saudi — a Public Investment Fund (PIF) entity — for whom we are currently executing a SAR 11M clubhouse renovation project.
